The terms that govern your use of the ClearSite platform.
Effective Date: February 14, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ClearSite platform ("Service") operated by My Media Matters ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using ClearSite, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ClearSite is a modular platform that provides website management, client portals, analytics dashboards, CMS tools, and operational modules for community organizations. The Service includes the admin dashboard, client portal, marketing website, and all related APIs and features.
To use ClearSite, you must create or be invited to an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of unauthorized access.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all content you upload, create, or manage through ClearSite, including text, images, files, and data ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring Your Content does not violate any laws or infringe on third-party rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
ClearSite integrates with third-party services including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
You may connect and disconnect third-party services at any time from your portal settings.
ClearSite is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is determined by your organization type and selected modules. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' notice. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using ClearSite, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
The ClearSite platform, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of My Media Matters. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
Websites built on the ClearSite platform: the design and content of your website belong to you. The underlying platform technology and ClearSite-branded elements remain our property.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Media Matters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 90 days after termination to allow for data export, after which it will be deleted unless required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of ClearSite after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts in our jurisdiction.
